We are a consortium of scientific, medical, and executive experts with one goal in common, to develop and manufacture medical products that can disrupt the status quo.

The industries we focus on are aesthetics, plastic surgery, orthopedics, and skin care with a specific focus on devices and regenerative biologics, not drugs.

In collaboration with AQ Therapeutics, we successfully developed and launched the MAPS Kit in 2022. We currently manage its distribution across North America.

In 2024, we partnered with Euromi SA and their North American head importer to support sales, training, customer service, and installations for the Evamatic® and Eva SP® liposculpture systems.

We are collaborating with medical professionals on the development of a groundbreaking non-invasive aesthetic device slated for release in 2025.

MAPS Kit

AQ Therapeutics Micro Adipose Processing System (MAPS) Kit is a new approach to small volume fat grafting.

MAPS allows any physician to harvest, filter, resize, and transfer up to 50cc of adipose with the ability to obtain three different types of adipose tissue grafts sizes: millifat (1.2mm), microfat (600-400μm), and micro fragmented adipose tissue (mFAT)—all in less than an hour.

EVAMATIC®

Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpture, know as N.I.L.® is empowered via the Euromi Evamatic handpiece.

The handpiece is equipped with a pneumatic motor which drives the end of the cannula in a nutation movement (precession sweeping movement) allowing the adipose tissue to be gently extracted while preserving the surrounding tissues. Using the proper settings, it is ideal for both large and small volume harvesting and transfer of adipose tissue.

Eva SP® Systems

Euromi’s Eva SP systems allows physicians to control and regulate the compressed air supplied to the Evamatic handpiece.

The Eva SP Systems (Eva SP 1, Eva SP 2, and Eva SP 6) are advanced liposuction devices designed for minimally invasive fat removal. They utilize nutational infrasonic technology to achieve smoother, more precise results with less patient discomfort and downtime compared to traditional liposuction. Additionally, since the device is pneumatic and not electric, there is very little maintenance or downtime when using the device frequently and for long periods of time. Many systems last over a decade when properly maintained.
